Ken Wood, initially a dedicated engineer, transitioned into a skilled marketer and entrepreneur, alongside his wife, Karen Corban in the business she founded, Universal Stars. Together, they've ignited transformation through live events for over three decades, orchestrating workshops, retreats and masterminds, ranging from intimate gatherings to grand events for up to 4,500 attendees.

Their partnership propelled Universal Stars into prominence within Australia, recognised for its rapid expansion and influential live seminar programs, impacting over half a million lives across seven countries.

Now, Ken and Karen leverage their wealth of experience to build a collaborative community of speakers, coaches & business owners to enhance their business strategies, marketing, and sales conversions. They co-host the Speakers Alchemy Network, a unique professional community focused on elevating speakers who engage audiences from the stage, offering invaluable education, support, and networking opportunities.  Ken has also ventured into tech entrepreneurship launching Clientflow, a bespoke software solution designed to streamline sales and marketing for live and online event-focused businesses.
